  • Hotspot Warranty
    Kiwix guarantees the Raspberry Pi hotspot against defects for 90 days from purchase. We will repair or replace defective products at no cost.

    Covered:

    • Material and workmanship defects.

    Not Covered:

    • Misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

    Claim Process:

    1. Contact support at hotspot@kiwix.org.
    2. Provide device serial number and defect details.
    3. Get a tracking number and ship the product back.

  • Return Policy
    We’re pretty sure you’ll love your hotspot as much as we do, but we also have a no-questions-asked return policy that can be activated within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    Return Conditions:

    • Original condition and packaging.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact support at hotspot@kiwix.org to inform us of the upcoming return.
    2. Get a tracking number and ship the product back.

    Refund Process:

    1. Refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after receiving your device.
    2. Shipping costs and Tariffs are non-refundable.
